Kelly began working with PPP in April 2010. Before her adventure with animals, Kelly was a bartender with the DCPA for over a decade and worked in the non-profit sector – working with a mental health center for at-risk youth. She has a BA in Political Science and in Behavioral Science. She lives with her animals Lilly, Mona, Jack, and Eli.
