Born in Northern California, Dr. Costello received this Bachelor’s degree from Humboldt State University, and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University, graduating with high honors. Dr. Costello has volunteered in the South Pacific, enjoys fishing, skiing, building guitars and lives with his dog, Pepper.
